“There should be a policy regarding health standards. We arrived for our tour and were paired with a mother / father and their three young children. ALL THREE of the kids were hacking, sneezing and coughing - green snot out of their noses. There was ZERO way my husband and I were getting on a small boat with this family. We forfeited our excursion. We feel the tour operator should have turned the family away. Unfortunate. Out the experience and money for something we were looking forward to.”

As a result, we ended up paying twice for one tour. In our opinion, this is not customer-friendly.”

“Kotor is beautiful and the boat tour was a favorite for everyone in our group of 7! Would highly recommend! If traveling to Kotor with a cruise beware that if your ship is tendering in Kotor there may be delays. The tour group did their best to work with us even though we were late, but we were not able to get a full 3 hour boat ride in. (I blame the cruise line not the tour company, but recommend not booking the early tour to avoid this issue.)”
